DISCOVERY INTERVIEW

At this first call with the recruiter, you will talk about the overview of your background and experience, as well as your expectation and motivation in joining our journey.

We will tell you more about Virtuo and answer your questions in this primary stage.

MANAGER INTERVIEW

A call with your future manager that you will talk more specifically about your background, experience, and skill in the technical aspect. ****

The manager will present the team’s organization, mission, and challenge to you. Also to answer your questions about the position.

• Quick presentation of yourself (2 mins)
• Go deeper into the detail about your project and hard skills with concrete examples
• Questions that you have about the team, mission, challenge, and role.

CASE STUDY INTERVIEW

You will demonstrate your skills through the results of the case study that you prepare. In this call with a manager and your future colleague, it’s time for you to show us your innovative spirit, how you solve the problem and make decisions, and how you communicate that all to us.

Then the manager will share with you feedback and suggestions on the results.

CULTURE FIT INTERVIEW

A call with a member of the People team and your future colleague. It’s an exchange in which you will explore more about our people and culture. Importantly, for us to understand how will you be a fresh addition to our culture, to add value and different perspectives to our team.

We will present you more about Life at Virtuo.

• Clear and concise Understand the questions and provide succinct answers. This could show us your excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Give example Your experience is our reference and for us to understand how you go through a situation and its result.
• Be yourself Once you prepare, you will have the comfort and confidence to be yourself! No need to memorize a script but let yourself follow the flow of the conversation. We love to know about you, so some personal anecdotes are good to talk about! </aside>
